We're seeking an in-house Marketing and Social Media assistant to help us grow!

Looking for someone who can help us with:
-developing and maintaining a social media content calendar
-social media accounts
-content creation / taking videos for reels, creating B-roll
-creating IG/FB ads and monitoring audiences, ability to understand how to successfully run ads
-creating and managing newsletters via Klavio
-studying analytics to create more flows on Klavio
-monthly showroom events
-coordinating giveaways
-incentivizing our Rewards Program
-creating daily/weekly/monthly systems for all of this!
-finding and contacting shops for wholesale
-Showroom sales/customer service

Prefer someone with
-Some experience (salary commensurate on experience)
-Canva or other photo editing app skills
-A willingness to learn and to take initiative
-Confidence in learning new programs and apps
-Excitement about the JK brand!

Seeking a motivated individual to join our small team in a sweet studio in Burlington, Vermont. Ideally we're looking for someone to work 9-5 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but the schedule could be a bit flexible. We also want someone who's willing to work 1 Saturday per month from 11am-3pm. Prefer someone who lives in the Burlington area.

Must be reliable, have a strong work ethic, be great at communicating with attention to detail and a positive attitude! In the future this could become a full time position combined with other responsibilities. Looking for someone to grow with us...
