Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to support our Office Manager in a variety of key business functions, including content creation, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate is a versatile self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to multiple aspects of the company’s success. This role offers a starting pay of $14/hr with potential increases based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Marketing

• Create, manage, and optimize advertisements across various platforms.
• Edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and other promotional purposes.
• Assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of company websites.
• Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.

Sales Support

• Assist in client acquisition efforts, including researching leads and making cold calls.
• Work with the sales team to nurture leads and support the sales pipeline.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategies to improve client engagement and retention.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with social media management, including content scheduling and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
• Video editing experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Sales experience, particularly in client acquisition and relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
