Member Service Manager - Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with member organizations, ensuring satisfaction and expanding service utilization.
- Engage in proactive communication with members and suppliers, addressing their inquiries with care and professionalism.
- Oversee the administration of member service programs, ensuring all members and suppliers receive their entitled benefits.
- Support the organization's enrollment and retention objectives by meticulously tracking and resolving member inquiries.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aimed at engaging current members and attracting new prospects.
- Analyze data and trends to offer strategic recommendations that enhance member satisfaction and drive long-term retention.
- Utilize various member service tools and software to efficiently manage inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.

Required Skills
