Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and utilize project management systems effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to set and execute long-term goals and short-term action plans.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills 
• Hold a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

Other Helpful Skills and Competencies: 

• Fluent in English; Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting and onboarding. 

What You'll Do as a Marketing Communication Specialist: 

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance our brand, employee team, and subcontractor partnerships.
• Manage day-to-day tasks, including social media, content creation, community partner development, marketing campaigns, and talent attraction.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process for subcontractor partners and team members.
• Utilize social media for talent attraction, build relationships with material suppliers, and contribute to the growth of our subcontractor program.
• Collaborate with local universities, attend job fairs, review resumes, conduct interviews, and handle on-boarding.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. This position does not offer remote work opportunities.
