Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging, and branding throughout all communication touch points. Being a Marketing Communication Manager understands products, customers, and industry and develops focused communications in collaboration with organizational stakeholders across functions. Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials. Additionally, Marketing Communication Manager explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications. May oversee the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging. Develops the internal and external resources required for communication program delivery. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Marketing Communication Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Marketing Communication Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing global marketing plans for Koh Young medical products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to drive product promotion, market penetration, and brand awareness.

     

    Responsibilities


    1. Strategic Planning and Campaign Management

    - Develop comprehensive marketing communication plans aligned with overall business objectives and product strategies.

    - Create and manage campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events) to promote Koh Young medical products effectively.

    - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.

     

    2. Content Development and Brand Messaging

    - Lead the creation of compelling content, including brochures, websites, press releases, and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and positioning.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop consistent and impactful messaging for various target audiences.

     

    3. Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams

    - Work closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials, presentations, and tools supporting product launches and promotions.

    - Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to understand product features and benefits, translating them into effective communication strategies.

     

    4. Event Management and Trade Shows

    - Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to showcase products and enhance brand visibility.

    - Manage pre-event and post-event communication strategies to maximize impact and engagement.

     

     

    Requirements and skills

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

    - Proven experience (5 years) in marketing communications, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

    - Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and strategic communication planning.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create impactful content.

    - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative marketing strategies.

    - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

    - English – Korean bilingual is highly desirable.
