Lupoli Companies is seeking a talented and energetic Marketing and Communications Coordinator to assist with a variety of public relations, customer service and marketing needs in our hospitality and real estate businesses. We are an “all hands-on deck” team, so a broad range of experience and willingness to step outside your role to help other team members is important. You will be joining a fun, fast-paced, collaborative, and creative team. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Monitor all daily media mentions for Lupoli Companies entities.
• Create press clips for use in all media hits. 
• Review HARO (Help a Reporter Out) daily for potential media opportunities. 
• Maintain an updated database of media contacts.
• Identify and nominate Lupoli Companies for awards and maintain awards tracking.
• Assist with media interviews and off-site events with Sal, taking pictures and publicizing accordingly.
• Send media releases for company news to local media.
• Update websites with news and press mentions.
• Assist with community sponsorships or donations, attending events as needed.
• Organize and execute the annual Lupoli Co food drive and holiday toy drive.
• Source and order promotional materials and company swag. 
• Maintain stock of company media kits and corporate gifts.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews across all brands, sending to management as needed and ensuring follow-up.
• Handle Sal’s Pizza customer questions with loyalty, gift cards, SMS, and other promos.
• Assist with testing all customer promotions via Toast and Paytronix.
• Handle Sal’s Pizza fundraiser requests, designing flyers for customers, alerting store about upcoming fundraisers, and tracking fundraiser results.
• Drop posters and signage at Sal’s Pizza stores as needed.
• Design graphics and marketing collateral as needed.
• Serve as marketing liaison to apartment communities, attending events as needed.
• Put up marketing posters throughout campus as needed.
• Visit various company properties to take photos for social media as needed.
• Attend networking and chamber of commerce events as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the Marketing & Communications department.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred with 1-3 years of marketing experience. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to deliver great results.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Attention to detail and quality of work product is imperative.
• Experience in MS Office and digital proficiency required. 
• Previous public relations experience a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Paytronix, Toast, Google Business, Canva, Sprout Social, Wix and Squarespace a plus.
