    Job Summary:

    The Marketing Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist assists in strategizing the overall marketing plan of a brand or company. This may include event planning, sponsorship and ad marketing, or brand content management. Provides creative materials during content development or help with data verification and advertising placement. Provides administrative support to an organization's sales team. They are responsible for providing professional customer documentation, including pre-qualifications, proposals, certifications, licenses, advertisement, PowerPoint presentations, memberships, and sales functions.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for assisting with literature writing and visual content.
    2. Create sponsorship and ad marketing flyers, banners, ads, and brochure content/visuals.
    3. Assist with event planning for all departments.
    4. Responsible for completing, submitting and maintaining pre-qualifications.
    5. Responsible for updating proposal documents folders (up to date and in compliance with Brand Guidelines) (i.e., Financials, EMR, O.S.H.A., Safety Program, Certificate of Insurance, State Contractor License, IES Company Background, Quality Documents, HR Documents, Manufacturer Certificates and Warranty, Training Certifications, Organizational Charts, etc.).
    6. Assist sales team with RFP's/RFQ's organizing and preparing responses.
    7. Responsible for creating resumes of new hires, and overseeing that employees, certifications, titles, and recent projects are current.
    8. Responsible for maintaining employee certifications response documents.
    9. Responsible for maintaining company organizational charts.
    10. Assist with creating and maintaining Sell Sheets and Brochures.
    11. Assist with PowerPoint presentations.
    12. Assist with professional employee photos.
    13. Create competitive data analysis.
    14. Enforce Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Job Safety requirements (O.S.H.A.).
    15. Other responsibilities as assigned.

    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be thorough and precise in work.
    • Must possess strong admin/PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook, Chrome, and Firefox. Ability to create presentations, charts, graphs, animation, videos, graphics and reports is critical.
    • Must be able to be adaptable and pick up new techniques.
    • Must be able to interface well with IES clients, prospects, and business partners on a regular basis.
    • Must exhibit good interpersonal skills and communicate well over the phone and in person.
    • Must be able to travel as needed.
    • Regular attendance is mandatory

    Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:

    • Must have at least High School diploma or GED equivalency; Associates Degree preferred.
    • Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
    • Must be up to date with the latest trends, techniques and technologies.
    • Must have excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
    • Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
    • Must be detail oriented, and have good people, customer service skills.
    • Must have good written and oral communications skills.
    • Must be able to multi-task. Managing the efforts of multiple people and departments to achieve desired results, collaborating extensively.
    • Must be able to prioritize.
    • Must present a neat professional appearance.
    • Must be creative and think outside the box.
    • Prefer a minimum of two (2) years working in an environment dealing with executive level staff.
    • Prior experience in sales environment, both face-to-face and phone, preferred.
    • Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
