As a Working Student, you’ll support our Marketing and Communications team, particularly in the area of alumni relations. You will gain interesting insights into our work with former employees and the support of our alumni network. In addition, you will manage the database and ensure efficient quality management, participate in data analysis and preparation and write corresponding KPI reports, and create and evaluate alumni mailings. You’ll also help to plan and implement alumni events, support the Alumni Relations team with its day-to-day business, be responsible for the alumni gifts process, and implement new automated processes.

You can work with data sets (Excel) and already have experience with databases and data management.
You have a good command of the software in the MS Office package. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar mailing programs is a plus.
Very good German and English language skills round out your profile.
