    Assists with the creation and implementation of communications and marketing programs that promote Basler Electric and its products. Provides support to all product groups and services for marketing plans, new product introductions and promotional programs.

    Reports to: Marketing Communications Manager

    Essential Duties

    • Creation, production, and maintenance of corporate literature, videos, press releases, corporate newsletter, publicity advertising, website content, blog posts, social media and PowerPoint presentations.
    • Direct desktop publishing activities, providing creative inputs and managing the scheduling and approvals of material.
    • Produce artwork, digital graphics, edit images and video files for advertising and sales promotion materials.
    • Recommend communication solutions for Product Line Managers, Marketing, and Sales, and executing promotional elements.
    • Obtain cost estimates and execute advertising, direct mailers, product literature, electronic promotions, sales aids, and publicity releases.
    • Conduct performance analysis of marketing programs.
    • Assist with the administration and maintenance of the corporate identity manual and ensuring proper utilization of corporate colors and logos.
    • Enforce brand consistency and uniformity in the application of corporate identity elements across all applications.
    • Manage and execute media plans including social media.
    • Coordinate Live Event calendar with all business units.
    • Coordinate, plan, schedule and manage industry related seminars, tradeshows and training seminars.
    • Manage promotional items, sales premiums, and logo goods.
    • Travel as assigned by the Vice President of Marketing.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, familiarity with CRMs, DAMs, Marketing Automation software, SharePoint, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
    • Skilled with design software for print and digital graphics (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud).
    • Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications/Business or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 3 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, and Promotional activities.
    • Analytical and project management skills.
    • Strong oral and written communication.
