ICI Homes is currently seeking to hire a Digital Marketing PPC/SEO Specialist who will execute the company’s organic and paid marketing strategy. Experience in Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads and paid social media platforms. Professional knowledge of graphic software, and other traditional marketing strategies is preferred. Duties working with Digital Marketing team include but may not be limited to the following:

Responsibilities

• Paid Marketing: Implement PPC advertising campaigns, including design, strategy, placement and analysis. Track expense and monitor all budgets.
• Search Engine Optimization: Work with Digital Marketing team to enhance search engine rankings through research, monitoring and evaluating keywords and search terms used by potential prospects to capture interest, measure results.
• Web Site Collaboration: Collaborate on overall design/navigation, create engaging content/landing pages used to entice potential prospects to submit a lead form.
• Research and Analysis : Ability to aggregate, organize and review data sets to improve effectiveness of digital marketing strategies, isolate key patterns and target specific buyer profiles. Help to devise a workable business plan with measurable goals including number, variety and frequency of all online activity and conversion ratios. Stay current on trending industry digital marketing techniques. Work toward most efficient and accurate ways to measure success of digital marketing activity. Develop plan to compete with competitors’ digital efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years digital marketing experience required including but not limited to PPC, SEO, paid social media and digital marketing strategy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Teams
• Strong computer skills; data aggregation and analysis skills preferred
• Proficient with HTML, CSS and Google Analytics 4
• SalesForce and Marketing Cloud experience a plus
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop a plus
SEMRush, Google Trends, Google Search Console a plus
