Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content.
• Support the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Maintain marketing databases and assist in CRM management.
• Support the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
• Assist with website updates and content management.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing invoices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
