We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator with a background in marketing professional services to work from (Asheville / Hickory / Raleigh / or Roanoke offices). This position will join an innovative team who is passionate about continuous improvement and moving McGill forward using the latest marketing practices.
The Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for writing and editing master plans, proposal generation, content creation and branding initiatives primarily for our Land Planning and Recreation team. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator develops both written and visual content to be published on the website, shared on social media, submitted for presentations, and utilized in branding materials. He or she will collaborate with a team on tracking potential business opportunities, development of statement of qualifications from start to finish, and coordination on presentations. This will include gathering content, graphics, and relevant information on McGill’s key personnel, projects, and clients and ensuring the final proposal submission is high quality and submitted on time. He or she will also help maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM), by entering and maintaining data for projects, sales opportunities, companies, contacts and personnel. The Marketing Coordinator must have an eye for detail, composition, and creative/technical writing skills.
