• Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail are a must.

• Detail-oriented and creative to help enrich existing and create new content for traditional, online and modern marketing purposes.
• Understand best design practices across all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of Wordpress, Hootsuite and Constant Contact.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and build relationships with members of the leadership team, department contacts or subject matter experts to create content.
• Drive online engagement, conversions, likes and followers. Provide monthly and quarterly analytic reporting.
• Support a wide range of online and print content in collaboration with the Associate Director of Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator.
• Create marketing content including graphics, blogs, social media posts and flyers.
• Produce and/or be willing to appear in mobile video content for social media, TikTok/Reels and YouTube.
• Must possess a desire to be on top of content and aware of the constantly changing/evolving marketing trends in our industry.

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns, while working in collaboration with the Marketing team. Responsible for the development of new and optimization of current social media strategies, including establishing a new presence on emerging platforms. Contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives that align with organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications Preferred
• 1-2 years Marketing Experience
• Must Provide Sample Work
• Experience with all types of media, including print, electronic, web and social media required. Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is helpful
• Demonstrated ability to be organized, self-directed, and to work independently
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required
