Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our team, contributing significantly to our marketing initiatives. This role is vital in ensuring the effective execution of marketing campaigns and professionally representing the firm at industry conferences and events. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, bringing marketing strategies to fruition while upholding a high standard of representation for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the firm’s participation in conferences, including managing logistics for attendance, speaking engagements, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Organize logistics for annual staff conferences, Board meetings, and Executive Leadership Team retreats.
• Maintain a calendar of special firm-wide events, assisting with planning and execution, including client dinners.
• Manage a monthly content calendar for webinars, reports, blogs, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks on website landing pages, facilitating necessary updates.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings and processing invoices.
• Participate in strategic discussions with the Director of Marketing to track marketing KPIs and follow up on action items.
  
  

Required Skills

• Exceptional writing abilities for professional communication.
• Strong aptitude for building and nurturing positive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn additional software such as InDesign.
• A strong work ethic with the capability to work autonomously while seeking direction when necessary.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within communications or marketing.
• Familiarity with project management and marketing analytics tools is advantageous.
• Prior experience in professional writing and editing is preferred.
