We are looking for a senior event leader to join Micron’s Global Studio, Brand and Events team, part of Micron’s Global Communications and Marketing organization (GCM)!

This role will lead Micron’s event execution team to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will be responsible for working closely with Micron’s marketing leadership to resolve key event opportunities, outlining Micron's participation in those events and leading Micron owned events. 
 
Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead Micron’s event execution team including participation at industry events, Micron owned events and virtual events.
• Partner closely with regional peers to gain transparency to regional events and provide mentorship and/or standards when needed.
• Lead the events roadmap and resolve execution team (internally and with agencies)
• Lead multiple large sophisticated events/projects from concept to execution.
• Work closely with business technology marketing, business units and the creative team driving cross functional alignment throughout the execution process.
• Steward end-to-end execution of premium and impactful events for key brand moments and report on key important metrics
• Lead and develop external strategic partnerships; find opportunities to further optimize.
• Micron’s engagement at industry events
• Oversee and lead overall event budget and contractual obligations, working closely with GCM Operations and team leaders.
• Develop clear and strategic program and venue recommendations for Micron-hosted events.
• Develop and/or oversee development of logistics timelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met on time and on budget
   

Education and Qualifications:

• 10-15 years event execution experience
• Knowledge of the Semiconductor industry events.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to lead multiple events and projects at once. 
• Experience with venue sourcing and contracting processes.
• Experience working with tradeshow contracting and booth selection.
• Experience leading detailed budgets.
