As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of the work we do for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to ensure that our clients and our team are in sync. You will manage multiple accounts, coordinating efforts across various teams to maintain alignment and drive success.
Your ability to communicate proactively, organize efficiently, and manage timelines will be crucial in delivering exceptional results. By building strong client relationships and keeping a sharp eye on all activities, you'll help our agency deliver superior marketing solutions that blow client expectations out of the water. This position reports to and works most closely with our Operations Manager.
Three Crowns runs a hybrid workplace, working from the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and remotely the rest of the week. This is considered an entry-level position.
