The Marketing Project Specialist will play a pivotal role in our expansion by overseeing all project planning, task management, and on-time delivery of critical marketing initiatives. This position will collaborate with all marketing team members while having access to all relevant technologies, resources, and budget to achieve their assigned goals. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing projects while staying on budget. 

• Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure adherence to deadlines. 

• Identify dependencies and roadblocks preventing various projects from success while collaborating with stakeholders to proactively address issues. 

• Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and support. 

• Collaborate with department leads to optimize resource allocation based on project priorities. 

• Provide training to team members on the effective use of project management and marketing tools. 

• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges. 

• Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with allocated budgets. 

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables. 

• Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and project objectives. 

Key Qualifications 

• A minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience as a project coordinator, account coordinator, or similar role with a track record of successfully managing multiple marketing projects at scale. 

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. 

• Ability to create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track progress using project management software. 

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices. 

• Ability to integrate and leverage technology to streamline project workflows. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex project details to diverse stakeholders. 

• Proven experience facilitating effective communication between cross-functional teams. 

• Ability to efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel and tools. 

• Experience in implementing quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations.
