Responsibilities
- Assist with internal and external marketing and communications tasks and projects, while representing the Hancock brand and values
- Oversee content and ad production process including distribution, deadlines and digital filing
- Manage inventory and ordering process for marketing gear and promotional items
- Gather, track and report key marketing data and metrics
- Ongoing maintenance of the marketing database
- Executive team projects as needed, and other marketing projects and tasks as assigned
- Manage Board of Directors planning and logistics including assembly of board packet, event planning, and liaison to directors as needed
- Create and and assemble power point presentations as needed for board meetings, executive team, and marketing
Requirements
- Work with enthusiasm, initiative, and a high-level of personal energy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service for internal and external customers
- High level attention to detail, self-motivated, and organized
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with varied timelines – excellent time management skills
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CMS—such as Wordpress—preferred, along with familiarity with analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Tech-savvy, willing to learn new things, and a passion for making things better
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
