    Job Title: Marketing Specialist

    Department: ME Time Marketing

    Job Summary: As a Marketing Specialist in ME Time, you'll be instrumental in implementing and refining marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research, crafting compelling campaigns, managing various marketing channels, and analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize outcomes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives. Your innovative thinking and analytical prowess will be key in driving the success of Kimberbell's marketing efforts, staying ahead of industry trends, and delivering meaningful impact to the company's growth trajectory.

    Position Type: 
    • Full-time (37-40 hours per week)

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Work with product managers to design, schedule, and send emails to direct consumers.
    • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
    • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
    • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
    • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
    • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
    • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
    • At least one year of experience in a related field, preferred.

    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

You might start by analyzing campaign metrics from recent promotions, identifying areas for improvement. After a team meeting to discuss upcoming projects, you dive into crafting social media posts and email newsletters to engage with customers. Midday, you collaborate with the design team to finalize artwork for an upcoming product launch, ensuring it aligns with the brand's vision. In the afternoon, you conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies. You also devote time to developing, executing, and tracking omni-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, you write copy for various channels including emails, blog posts, and product descriptions to captivate the audience. Managing ME Time's influencer program is also part of your responsibilities, nurturing relationships and maximizing the program's impact. Throughout the day, you collaborate with other team members on content creation and reviews, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Each day offers new challenges and opportunities to contribute to Kimberbell's marketing success.
