Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating content, and managing campaigns that align with our business goals. You will work closely with the sales, engineering, and leadership teams to highlight the benefits of our machinery and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that target key audiences in the pallet industry
• Create engaging content for multiple platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, and print materials
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, etc.) to understand the technical aspects of our machinery and translate them into customer-focused messaging
• Manage external creative resources, such as designers, copywriters, and video editors, to produce high-quality marketing assets
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data and feedback
• Stay current on industry trends and competitors to ensure PRS stays ahead of the curve
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation efforts and develop marketing collateral that helps close deals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into clear, customer-friendly messaging
• Experience managing external creative resources (designers, freelancers, etc.)
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A quick learner who is eager to understand our industry and customers' needs
• (Nice to have) Proficiency in Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
