Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in advertising sales, budgeting, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating, organizing, coordinating & staffing all events- Assess events' overall success and submit findings to management

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other social media platforms

- Assist with content creation and scheduling

- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies- Stay up to date with the latest SEO/SEM trends

- Collaborate well with the Marketing Team and other staff

- Develop and maintain relationships with the local community, riding groups, and vendors to promote the dealership's business

- Stay up to date with current marketing trends

- Assist with other Marketing Department tasks

- Excellent multitasking skills

Skills:
- Proven experience in advertising sales, budgeting, and performance marketing

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
