Marketing Specialist jobs in Wilmington, NC

True North Inspection Services is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand in the Jacksonville and Wilmington territories.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to determine potential of servicing new clients
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
• Development and implement innovative marketing presentations
• Attend local/community networking events, sponsorships and open houses
• Visit Real Estate offices and other related teams to deliver promotional items and marketing materials
• Create Social media posts, take pictures, create monthly newsletter and send monthly Thank You cards
• Execute creative and beneficial promotions for new customers and client retention
• Must submit daily work accomplishments via email. Hours are 6-8 hours a day, M-Fr with occasional Saturdays.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in market research or sales
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Canva, Zoom, Social Media platforms, Gmail and CRM platform proficient
• Strong communication and presentation skills, no fear when meeting strangers
• Ability to work well autonomously and a motivated, self-starter
