Job Description:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our busy (and growing) digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, but also have a flare for creativity, a background in digital marketing implementation (2 years), excellent administrative and writing skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Complete website updates and posts for clients.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Assist with graphic design projects by producing advertisements, infographics, brochures, etc for clients.
- Assist with on location photo/video shoots by planning and coordinating content production.
- Manage all email marketing campaigns.
- Assist team by helping implement marketing strategies to drive online engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital campaigns.
Administrative:
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
- Provide outbound calls and email follow up to qualify leads, update CRM, and then communicate responses with the sales team.
- Provide occasional administrative support to the team – running monthly reports, etc.
Requirements:
- Education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Asana (or other project management software), Constant Contact, and WordPress.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Have your own home office set up
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Photography/Videography
- Web Design
- Google Ads Manager
- Hospitality/Tourism Experience
Working Location:
The successful candidate must work within 30 miles of Banner Elk, NC and be open to occasional travel for special projects.
Pay:
- Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
