A top cannabis production company is looking to add a Master Grower to their team. Due to the recent growth there is an opportunity for a Master Grower to join a team of highly motivated staff.

Master Grower Functions :

• Oversee a team of highly motivated staff
• Develop and document standing operating procedures
• Oversee day to day operations of crop cycles
• Develop and implement a cultivation plan
• Managing budget to ensure production targets are met.
• manage inventory of cannabis production such as equipment and HVAC systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, horticulture, or related field
• Thorough understanding of Michigan Medical Cannabis Laws and regulations
• 5 years of experience leading a team
• Strong understanding of plant diseases, insects, fungai, as well as treatment options.
• willingness to stay on top of current production and harvesting trends.
