Job Summary
Performs duties associated with production control.
Job Duties
· Coordinate shipping materials and trucking schedules
· Coordinate with other departments, outside vendors and/or suppliers regarding customer concerns, materials or quality concerns
· Compare, maintain, file and mail appropriate invoices and receipts to customer when needed
· Run daily reports
· Perform inventory audits and department audits when needed
· Complete all required system entries
· Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
· Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
· Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
· Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Education
· Perform work under general supervision
· Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
· Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter
· 2 to 4 years of experience
Competencies/ Skills
· Ability to interpret work instructions
· Ability to follow written and verbal directions
· Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
· Organizational skills
· Detail oriented

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
