Ready Mix Driver - CDL Required (Front Discharge)

$26.00 - $31.37 / HR DOE

Overview

Summit Materials is looking for a mechanically inclined, safety-oriented Ready Mix Truck Driver with a Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B to operate a front discharge truck while it mixes our high-quality concrete products and disperse it at multiple job sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive your front discharge truck while it mixes our high-quality concrete products and then disperse it at the job site.
• Load your front discharge truck with Ready Mix concrete
• Drive your truck to the job site safely
• Evaluate concrete condition & unload the mixed concrete
• Perform pre / post trip inspections on your truck and maintain truck cleanliness standards.

Skills & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sixth months to one year of related driving experience preferred.
• Must be able to safely operate the truck and its auxiliary equipment such as levers, chutes and mixing drums.
