We are seeking a Materials Manager for our growing electronics manufacturing firm, located near Nashua, NH.
Responsible for managing all aspects of materials flow and maintaining control and accuracy over all inventory and supplies to support the business requirements and growth. Developing and managing supplier relationships, procurement, planning, scheduling, costing, warehousing, logistics, receiving, shipping including hazardous materials.
Must have strong management, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, demand planning, forecasting and budgeting experience. Outstanding communication, analytical, problem solving, organizational, negotiation skills are required. Must have in-depth knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.
Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration/Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or other related discipline is preferred. A combination of education and experience will also be considered. Minimum of five years of experience in distribution, logistics and sourcing management in a manufacturing environment. Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
