Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Manager to oversee our inventory and supply chain processes. This role is critical in ensuring that materials are procured, managed, and delivered efficiently to meet production demands. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in inventory control, logistics, and supplier management.

Duties

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee the logistics of material procurement, including shipping, receiving, and storage.
• Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to forecast material needs based on production schedules.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
