We are seeking a skilled and reliable Retail Meat Cutter to join our team. This role involves preparing and cutting meat products for sale while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products for retail sales.
• Properly clean and maintain cutting equipment.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and product rotation.
• Communicate with team members and customers to meet store needs.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Utah Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Experience in retail meat cutting.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate as required to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Must know how to properly break down and clean the equipment.
• Physical ability to work a normal work week.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 29 per week

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• retail meat cutting: 1 year (Required)
