Miracle Ear is looking for a talented Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who can take ownership of our digital marketing campaigns and social media presence to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social, and email marketing. 

• Manage social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to increase engagement, drive traffic to the website, and build brand awareness. 

• Create and publish engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts. 

• Work with the content team to create and distribute email campaigns to targeted audiences. 

• Analyze campaign performance data and report on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. 

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to the website and improve search engine rankings. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives. 

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations to improve the company's digital marketing efforts. 

• Manage the company's online reputation and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on social media and review sites. 

• Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations to improve the company's digital marketing efforts. 

• Other marketing duties will be assigned as needed to support the overall marketing strategy of the company. 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

• Marketing majors in their last year of college may also be considered. 

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. 

• Proven experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social, and email marketing. 

• Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong attention to detail. 

• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager. 

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them. 

• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance. 

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
