Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social, and email marketing.
Manage social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to increase engagement, drive traffic to the website, and build brand awareness.
Create and publish engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
Work with the content team to create and distribute email campaigns to targeted audiences.
Analyze campaign performance data and report on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to the website and improve search engine rankings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations to improve the company's digital marketing efforts.
Manage the company's online reputation and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on social media and review sites.
Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations to improve the company's digital marketing efforts.
Other marketing duties will be assigned as needed to support the overall marketing strategy of the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Marketing majors in their last year of college may also be considered.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Proven experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
