This role is crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our designers, project managers, and clients with administrative excellence.

Role Overview:
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of our office and providing essential support to our team. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating client communication, scheduling meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance and coordinating client communications and meetings.
• Office Management: Order supplies, maintain office equipment, and oversee the general tidiness and functionality of the workspace.
• Project Assistance: Support the design team with project tracking, documentation, and scheduling.
• Billing & Invoicing: Handle client invoicing, billing, and expense tracking in coordination with our finance department.
• Calendar Management: Organize and manage schedules for designers, ensuring meetings and deadlines are met.
• Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors and contractors, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years in an office management, administrative, or support role, ideally within a creative or design-related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, or similar software.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Problem-Solver: Ability to work independently, proactively resolve issues, and streamline operations.
• Bonus: A strong interest in design is a plus!
