Media Design Manager jobs in Riverside, CA
Media Design Manager designs, plans, and directs the development and distribution of informational material across different types of media. Identifies target audience and analyzes media efficiency, ensures media design works appropriately. Being a Media Design Manager may assist in media plan implementation, apprises and modifies media design. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Media Design Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Media Design Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Media Design Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. JOB SUMMARY
Manages projects and special events for the Marketing Department. Serves as a multidiscipline social media and video content creator as well as graphic design artist. Provides support for the Marketing Department on a wide variety of marketing and communication activities to include website content design and video and photography.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or an appropriate combination of education and experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of two years of marketing and/or graphic design and social media experience is required. Website design and video production skills preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional computer skills are required including proficiency with graphic design and photo processing applications. The ability to approach projects with a creative eye and attention to detail is essential.
License/Certifications: Valid driver’s license.
Equipment: Personal computer/camera/video equipment
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
PAY RANGE
$32.00 - $41.74
The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
