Being a Media Director negotiates client projects and develops client relationships. Ensures client budget and target audience is met. Additionally, Media Director may require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. The Associate Campus Director assists in facilitating, training, and leading all Title IV and non-Title IV campus operations, inclusive of Leadership, Instruction, Financial Aid, Education, Student Services, and Career Services, resulting in achieving budgeted goals. The Associate Campus Director directly supports the goals and visions of the BeOnAir Network by leading the campus departments to succeed with their individual departmental goals. This position works in accordance with the mission, core values, and core purpose of the BeOnAir Network.

This is an independent position that reports to the Campus Director and through which several weekly training meetings take place:
This individual supervises all non-admissions campus staff and therefore is accountable for hiring, assessing, training, disciplining, evaluating, terminating non-admissions employees, and recommending employees’ payment structure.
4-year college degree or 10 years of industry experience.
To fully service the staff and student needs, this position requires the employee to often physically move from department to department and present multiple lectures for long periods. This is not a sedentary position. Occasional lifting, bending, and climbing stairs. Frequent talking, listening, walking, sitting, and standing. Ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks and function in a fast-paced working environment.
