Develop and articulate an overall technical vision for the products and accelerators including but not limited to developing applications including: modern web application development (e.g. AngularJS, NodeJS, Python, CSS3, Bootstrap); mobile application; NoSQL databases; API management; cloud-based platforms and services; and integration/continuous deployment. Researching and evaluating emerging technologies in order to make recommendations and develop strategic plans for technology adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives and competitive advantage. Create and manage multiple tech stacks that serve as the foundation for diverse projects. Ensure that chosen tech stacks are tailored to project requirements and drive efficient delivery. Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycles, adhering to methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Iterative, and Waterfall to support the success of the larger IT organization and Full Stack JavaScript and web applications to support the digital practice. Maintaining code and end testing and creating JavaScript NPM packages. Working collaboratively with other developers and participating in code reviews and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex business issues, from strategy formulation to execution. Overseeing and mentoring teams to execute the technical vision. Establishing and maintaining client relationships. Identifying and addressing clients’ needs. Coaching and supervising teams.

    40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, plus 6 years of work related experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor, progressive related work experience.

    In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

    Must have at least one (1) year of experience with each of the following:
    - Demonstrating knowledge of at least two of the following Microsoft development tools and methodologies: Visual Studio (Azure DevOps), MS Sharepoint, MS SQL Server, Team Foundation Server, SQL, database tools, and/or reporting tools;
    -  Working with development methodologies such as Object Oriented, Rational Unified Process, Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, ERP, Maintenance, COTS implementation, and/or Model-driven; and,
    -  Working with key design aspects on Performance, Scalability, Resiliency, Security, and/or High Availability, for a multi-tenant application.

    80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

    Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
