- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply them to enhance our social media presence
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Experience in relationship management and public relations
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for search engines
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and web analytics

Pay: $51,195.00 - $62,332.00 per year
