- Manage a small but growing team of social strategists
- Lead social media strategy for all types of clients in Ecom, B2B, & tech/app industries
- Utilize ever-changing social best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire strategies and content creation
- Support social strategists on client calls to report on monthly results and coordinate future calendars & strategy
- Lead account management and social strategy for some of the largest social accounts we work with
- Improve social processes to keep our team’s time efficient while driving the best results for our clients
- Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
- Train the team on changing social platforms and best practices
- Meet with all strategists on a regular basis to train, support, & manage success of their specific focuses & clientele
- Step in to help with execution of deliverables and client communication when strategists are overloaded or out of office
Qualifications for Social Manager- Proven record of social media management (3 years of social media marketing experience, with 1 year of management experience)
- Experience with social media account management, ideally in an agency setting
- Proficiency with all social platforms including TikTok, IG, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.
- Experience with social media tools such as FB Business Manager, Creator Studio, Social reporting tools, Publishing tools, etc.
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
- Ability to manage your own accounts while also supporting a team of strategists
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Strict adherence to the style guides & tone of each company and their policies for revision, approval, & publishing content.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
- Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services
