The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's vision. This role is crucial in building and maintaining client relationships, increasing brand awareness, and driving revenue. Ideal candidates are passionate about personal growth through learning and are skilled at communicating Hometown Media’s unique value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales Strategy & Client Growth:
- Learn and implement sales strategies by leveraging automation and AI tools to streamline lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with current clients to promote client retention and loyalty.
2) Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:
- Create and execute a dynamic marketing plan using software automation to enhance social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Oversee Hometown Media’s online presence across the website, social media, and other digital channels, using analytics to refine strategies.
- Build partnerships with relevant industry influencers and collaborators to elevate brand positioning.
3) Market Analysis & Collaboration:
- Analyze market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project fulfillment, aligning timelines and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or proven experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The willingness to learn about the latest CRM software, automation tools, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to business development.
Helpful Skills:
- Knowledge of Notion software and modular CRM
- Knowledge of Wordpress software for website building
- Experience in video editing
