Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding charges.
• Monitor Insurance account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Communicate with customers and insurances regarding payments
• Following up on denials and outstanding Commercial balances
• Analyze documentation required for billing services and ensure compliance to payer requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year Hospital Billing experience preferred
