Role Description

This part-time hybrid commission only role for an AR Clerk/ Collections, will support the billing team by updating customer accounts, verifying and reconciling invoices, and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using billing software. The position is located at our office in Covington, LA, with flexibility for remote work upon approval.

There is no hourly pay for this role as it is a commission-based role, where you would receive a % of the AR you collect.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or better.

• Experience (2 years) in billing and collections is a must

.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Quickbooks or Peachtree and Medical Billing Software is a plus

.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with high attention to details.
• Willingness to be paid upon production/collections
