A Growing leader in the Durable Medical Equipment industry with a focus on clinical respiratory equipment is seeking to add a CSR/Revenue on Hold specialist to our team.

This team member will be required to possess a vast knowledge of DME qualifications for equipment, preferred Brightree experience, and experience with Revenue on Hold. Responsible for the Revenue on Hold. Ability to keep the Revenue on Hold moving and decreasing. Must be able to quickly identify the problem with each account on the Revenue on Hold report and the plan to resolve it. Fluent with being able to identify problems with CMN’s and PA’s. Ability to contact doctor’s offices and patient’s requesting information needed by phone, faxes, and letters. Must have the ability to manage run and manage reports to obtain updated prescriptions before they expire. Manage compliance reports and request documentation as needed.

The ideal candidate will be self-starter with strong communication skills, and organizational skills, a positive attitude and one who possesses a passion for customer service.

Job Responsibilities and duties include:

• Insurance Verification
• reviewing accounts and reports for revenue on hold
• Requesting Insurance authorization for equipment ordered
• Request re-authorization before initial authorizations expire.
• Communicating with patients and doctors' offices and insurance companies
• Other duties as assigned.
