Welcome to LASH LAB! We are an innovative lash extension salon that infuses science and technology into beauty to achieve gorgeous lashes within every service.

We're currently seeking a part-time lash artist. Your attention to detail, artistic flair, and ability to create customized looks will contribute to the overall success of our salon.

As a Junior Lash Artist, you don't necessarily need an existing clientele but we are seeking artists who can already apply basic lash extension designs proficiently (generally at least 6-12 months of experience at a minimum). If you already have a client following feel free to apply for our Senior Lash Artist Position.

Most services are completed on weekday mornings and afternoons, with occasional evening and weekend hours.

Job Duties:

- Provide eyelash extension and lift services to clients, including application, maintenance, and removal

- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure client satisfaction

- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

- Experience with lash extension application (certifications are welcomed but cosmetology/esthetician licensure is not required)

- Professional verbal and written communication skills and White-Glove client service

- Strong sales skills and ability to effectively manage client relationships

- Experience as a Lash Artist, Lash Technician, Lash Tech, Lash Esthetician, Cosmetologist, Beauty Retail Sales Associate, Salon or Spa Receptionist, Fashion or Lifestyle Sales Associate, Retail Manager, or similar role

- Knowledge of other beauty treatments such as lash lifts, permanent makeup, waxing, and skin aesthetics is a plus
