Experienced Dental Lab Technicians are needed for multiple positions at Novus Dental Lab located in Bellevue, WA as we are growing rapidly

Here at Novus Dental Laboratory, Inc. we create beautiful and esthetic crowns, bridges, implant restorations, veneers, onlays and inlays, night guards and retainers, all designed with great precision and care. We are a team-oriented company that are seeking self-motivated and responsible technicians to fill several positions, including professionals specializing in Ceramics, Metal/Wax, CAD/CAM and model work.

Ceramist or Full Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: DOE (Salary)

Requirements:

· Ideal candidates for this position possess excellent eye-hand coordination

· Attention to minute details

· Ability to recognize the differences in shape and shade

· Maintaining an open mind in learning new techniques and keeping up-to-date with the latest technology

· Communication skills – must be able to maintain open communication with the rest of the team

· Willingness to overcome challenges when receiving different dental cases

· At least 2 years working as a dental lab technician or completion of dental technician program

· Able to read and fully understand doctor’s prescription

· Attention to detail and willingness to learn, understand, and demonstrate strict adherence to all protocols and HIPAA regulations

Job description:

· Build up with porcelain (ceramist)

· Zirconia/Emax crown and implant finish including contouring, fitting, contacts

· Other duties may be assigned

· Adding contacts with porcelain

Preferred (but not required):

· Diagnostic Wax up

· Die trim

· Full contour wax and metal casting

· CAD/CAM design

· Scanning

· Nesting and milling

· Pre-staining

· Stain and glaze

Background check is required for all positions applied.
