Lipsey Logistics is looking for an Account Receivable dynamic individual to collaborate with our growing team. Adding value to our clients and employees begins with YOU!!

This individual will primarily be responsible for processing and auditing customer invoices, investigating discrepancies, identifying and resolving potential issues and discrepancies.

• Partner with customers and carriers to ensure all required documents have been provided as needed.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices; compare freight bills to customer contracts to validate freight billing amounts.
• Utilize software to audit invoices per contractual rates.
• Answer customer questions regarding billing discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot potential issues; research and solve problems; communicate issue resolution or proper course of action and escalate when needed.
• Formats and produces spreadsheets, navigates customer websites for billing purposes and researches information through the internet.
• Must have Freight Collections experience with one year of billing, accounting or auditing experience
