Social Media and Website Management: Manage and update company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to engage with the online community, share relevant content, and promote company events or initiatives. Additionally, oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website to ensure it remains current, user-friendly, and reflective of our brand identity.
6. New Patient Experience Management: Take a proactive approach to manage the experience of new patients who utilize our services. Coordinate with healthcare providers and the customer service team to ensure a seamless transition for patients, providing them with necessary information post-services documentation. Manage satisfaction surveys as required to gather feedback on their experience and address any issues or concerns promptly to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
