Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Records Clerk. As a Medical Records Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for our patients. This is an important position that requires knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain patient medical records in both electronic and paper formats
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all medical records
- Retrieve and file medical records as needed
- Process requests for release of medical information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist healthcare providers in locating and accessing patient records
- Input data into electronic health record systems
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation processes
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $18.01 - $21.69 per hour
