We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Records Coordinator. The ideal Medical Records candidate should be exceptionally organized, pay attention to detail, be meticulous about good systems, be friendly with a good understanding of the Medical Records guidelines and process to protect all health information. The Medical Records Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring accurate e-filing of documents, obtaining proper authorizations, medical release and certifications for treatments, regularly uploading physicians notes, prescriptions, treatment plans and all other confidential medical information and documents. This is a critical role that ensures accurate and efficient record-keeping, compliance with regulatory standards, and timely retrieval of patient information.
