Team Impact
In this position, you will be an important member of the Nationally Accredited C.R. Wood Cancer Center by gathering medical records pertaining to incoming and outgoing referrals, as well as preparing electronic charts for upcoming clinic scheduling. Your work will help ensure that our team can continue to provide exceptional preventative care and clinically advanced treatments to patients while also balancing the realities of their daily life with personalized treatment plans built on compassion and expertise.
You will closely support this team by working with insurance companies, patient assistance programs, and patients to address financing care, which could include prior authorization for specific tests required for their treatment. You will help to improve the overall patient experience by addressing any questions/concerns that patients, their families, or fellow employees may have related to Medical Records Management.

The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $17.25 to $27.27 per hour.
