Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters in real-time.

Responsibilities:
- Transcribe medical information accurately and efficiently.
- Enter patient information into electronic medical records systems.
- Assist healthcare providers with documentation during patient visits.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical documentation.

Experience:
- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures.
- Understanding of physiology and medical documentation systems.
- Experience in an office setting is a plus.
