```Duties:
- Accompany healthcare providers during patient encounters and document the visit in real-time
- Enter medical information into electronic health records (EHR) accurately and efficiently
- Assist with medical coding and billing processes
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and ensure accuracy
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and organizing medical records

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical scribe preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient typing skills and ability to navigate electronic health record systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
