Medical Staff Credentialing Director jobs in Wisconsin

Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, SC is headquartered in Appleton, WI and currently has 28 locations in central and northeastern Wisconsin with over 130 employees.

Seeking a Credentialing Specialist preferably with 1-3 years’ experience. This position will be 20 hours per week working Monday-Friday.

Ideal Candidate:

• Positive, high integrity, individual who enjoys interacting with people
• Compiles and maintains current and accurate data for all clinicians
• Completes clinician and clinic credentialing and recredentialing applications; monitors applications
• High aptitude of insurance knowledge
• Pleasant and calm phone etiquette
• Self starting and able to recognize work that needs to be done, even if outside regular job duties
• Assertive, able to make decisions and respectfully share information with therapists
• Enjoys a fast past office environment with capability to problem solve
• Tech Savvy
